These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the vk11 platform and all of its services. The key terms used below are defined as follows:

• "Platform" — The vk11 website and all of its services.
• "User" or "You" — Any person who has opened an account on the platform or is using its services.
• "Account" — The user's own registered profile.
• "Bonus" — Promotional credits or rewards provided by vk11.
• "Real Money" — Actual transactions made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts may be suspended and any earned bonuses may be cancelled.

You must provide complete, truthful, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds.

2.4 Account Verification

In the interest of secure transactions, vk11 may initiate an identity verification (KYC) process at any time. This process may require you to submit a national ID card, passport, or other documents. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

3.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

The methods currently available for depositing money at vk11 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. This minimum limit is the same for each method.

Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Make sure to use the correct mobile number and reference details when making a deposit — the platform is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods & Limits

Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. After successful verification, withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.

3.3 Transaction Cancellation & Fraud

If fraud, a chargeback, or any irregularity is detected in a transaction, the associated account may be suspended during the investigation period. If wrongdoing is proven through the investigation, the account may be permanently closed and funds forfeited.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered users at vk11 will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. Depositing ৳12,000 or more caps the bonus at ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳22,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the bonus. Wagering is calculated based only on the bonus amount — not on the combined deposit and bonus. For example: for a ৳2,000 bonus, you must wager ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

4.3 VIP Cashback Program

vk11 has five VIP tiers. Weekly cashback applies at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 0.9% cashback per week
• Platinum — up to 1.2% cashback per week
• Diamond — up to 1.5% cashback per week

Advancement through VIP tiers depends on your overall participation and activity on the platform. Cashback is credited directly to your account.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

Using multiple accounts, bots or automated software, or any other dishonest means to take advantage of the bonus system will result in all associated accounts being closed and all bonuses being cancelled.

5.1 Fair Play Commitment

vk11 is committed to ensuring fair play. Our platform uses content from reputable game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, and others, which are regularly audited by independent third parties.

5.2 Technical Issues

If any game round is left incomplete due to a technical fault, disconnection, or software failure, the platform will make a decision after a proper investigation. Winnings from a faulty game round are not valid.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Any form of hacking, cracking, or software manipulation.
• Playing games using automated bots or third-party software.
• Bonus arbitrage by placing bets on multiple sides of the same outcome.
• Collaborating with other users to harm the platform.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

5.4 Special Sports Betting Conditions

Markets and odds offered in sports betting are subject to change. If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets are generally refunded, though specific market rules apply. For cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL) and football, winnings cannot be withdrawn until results are officially announced.
